Pre-Purim Programs
Mishloach Manot: Because of the unique distribution circumstances this year we are not using our usual registration system and instead everyone will receive a Mishloach Manot from Ohev Sholom (and not a list of those who sent to them). These packages will be available for in-person pickup at our Purim Stop-by, as well as home delivery if necessary. Sponsorship deadline has past but if you are signed up for our annual giving plan, you have been automatically included as a sponsor.
8 PM Women's pre-Purim Virtual Gathering.
Join Maharat Friedman for a conversation about Vashti's experience as Queen of Persia, and what led her to finally refuse Achashverosh's demands. We will use this story as an opportunity to reflect on our individual experiences of the past year- successes and failures alike. Join at https://zoom.us/j/7681031270.

Food Drive for Yad Yehuda's Kosher Food Pantry
Ohev Sholom is collecting winter foods as requested by the food pantry, specifically: dried (tube) and boxed (broth) soups, barley, lentils, Near East mixes, and quinoa. If you're coming to the shul for Megillah reading, it's a great opportunity to bring these foods and drop them off in the bin on the Jonquil steps. If you won't be attending in-person you can order items online and have them shipped to the shul.
Purim Laser Light & Music Show Purim Night!
For Purim this year, OSTNS is teaming up with Dynamic FX to provide a laser light and Purim music show! This show will run with Purim music provided with programmed laser shows with family friendly content for all ages. The light shows will follow both the 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM Megillah Readings on Purim night (registration required).
